It's been a bit quiet on here for a while as Steve has started his job at the High Commission and I have been working flat out as it's our busy time at WHK. However this month I have something a bit special for my weird and wonderful NZ post and it has to do with Wellywood... yes that is the Wellington version of Hollywood.
NZ has been home to many films and commercials over the recent years so sights like this one are not as bizarre as you might think...
Can't see what's wrong with the picture? well lets take a closer look...

Well how about this block of flats??? being taken over by some green monster???Or this big Jelly fish that got stuck in someones garage???
How about a plastic man up a telegraph pole?
or remote controlled floating fish?
And how many of you have seen this before??? If it was in Plymouth I would blame the students for blowing up lots of rubber gloves and sticking them to the car but this is all part of the filming.
Apparantly they were filming a commercial... the best bit is that instead of keeping out the general public we were able to walk through, take photo's and generally stare at everything... fabulous :)
