Yes its true. All the badgering finally paid off, wether out of pity or just to shut me up I’m not sure but I managed to get an interview with the Ministry of Fisheries.
It’s a very similar role to the one I was doing in the UK but this is office based, on the top floor (that’s the 16th floor) of a tower block in Wellington.
I was surprised at how informal the interview was and how very friendly everyone is in New Zealand.
Will have to wait and see how this one pans out but heres hoping.
